Role & responsibilities

- Drive recent client acquisition for Permanent hiring.
- Build relationships with HR Heads, TA Leaders & Business Decision-Makers. Generate leads through LinkedIn, networking, cold calling, referrals & events.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Negotiate commercials, close recruitment agreements & achieve revenue targets.
- Develop long-term client relationships and repeat business.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and client hiring needs.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 2+ years of experience in B2B Sales/Business Development within the Staffing Industry.
- Proven experience in client acquisition and revenue generation.
- Strong understanding of Permanent Recruitment/Executive Search services.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Self-motivated with a result-oriented approach and target-driven mindset.
