AGM Manufacturing Excellence | Woven Manufacturing & Export House
- Manufacturing Excellence: Drive operational excellence initiatives across woven garment manufacturing to improve productivity, efficiency and overall plant performance.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks and implement Lean, Kaizen, 5S and continuous improvement initiatives across production processes.
- Productivity & Cost: Monitor production KPIs, line efficiency, capacity utilisation, manpower productivity and manufacturing costs.
- Quality & Delivery: Work closely with Production, Quality, IE and Merchandising teams to improve quality, reduce rework/wastage and ensure timely order execution.
- Performance Management: Establish and track manufacturing dashboards/KPIs, lead improvement projects and build a culture of data-driven continuous improvement across the factory.
