Job Description:

EcomEx is looking for an experienced Sales Director / Business Development Director to lead our sales and business development activities and drive overall revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Generate new B2B business and acquire recent customers.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline.
- Develop relationships with business owners, founders, CXOs and decision-makers.
- Identify current markets, customers and business opportunities.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations and negotiations.
- Close new business and grow existing accounts.
- Develop strategic partnerships and referral networks.
- Build, manage, train and motivate the sales team.
- Set sales targets and monitor team performance.
- Conduct regular sales and pipeline reviews.
- Develop sales processes, reporting systems and SOPs.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities.




- Work closely with operations and customer support teams for successful customer onboarding and retention.
- Take ownership of sales growth and revenue generation.

Candidate Requirements:

- 25+ years of experience in Sales / Business Development / B2B Sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets.
- Strong customer acquisition and business development experience.
- Experience managing and leading sales teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
- Ability to build strong relationships with senior decision-makers.
- Solid commercial and business understanding.
- Target-oriented, proactive and result-driven approach.
- Ability to independently identify, develop and close business opportunities.

Experience in Logistics, E-commerce, D2C, SaaS, IT, Technology, FMCG, Manufacturing, Retail, Telecom, Banking, Insurance or other B2B industries will be considered.
