Key Responsibilities:

1. Ability to study approved GA drawings, P&IDs;, equipment layouts, piping drawings and technical specifications.

2. Supervise and coordinate installation, erection, commissioning and servicing of Plant & equipment at customer sites as per the drawing.

- Food Processing plant

- Dairy Plants

- Ice cream plants

3. Coordinate with customers, contractors, consultants and internal departments for smooth execution of site work within the scheduled time line.

4. Coordinate with the Production, Engineering, Purchase and Projects teams for timely availability of materials and technical support.

5. Conduct equipment inspection, alignment, testing and trial runs during commissioning and start-up.

6. Ensure proper coordination for electrical, instrumentation, piping, utility connections and other site-related activities.

Prepare and submit daily/weekly site progress reports, installation reports and commissioning reports to the Project/Management team.

8. Ensure compliance with site safety procedures, quality standards and customer requirements during execution.

9. Coordinate with customers for site readiness, equipment handover, trial production and performance demonstrations.

10. Assist the Service/Project team in attending breakdowns, troubleshooting, maintenance and customer complaints whenever required.

11. Ensure timely completion of site activities and maintain proper documentation, including site measurements, material requirements, punch points, completion reports and customer sign-offs.
