Roles and Responsibilities :
- Lead Agile teams through Scrum ceremonies, ensuring effective project delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes.
- Facilitate conflict resolution and mediate conflicts within the team to maintain a positive working environment.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., TMF) and company policies throughout the project lifecycle.
Job Requirements :
- 7-17 years of experience in IT services & consulting, preferably in OSS or BSS domain.
- Robust understanding of activation, CI/CD pipelines, DBMS systems, Greenfield projects, OSS/BSS implementations.
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Scrum Master; ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously.
