About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Legal Intern to join our Legal Team. This role offers practical exposure to commercial contracting, legal research, litigation support, and legal operations within a health-tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in drafting and reviewing commercial agreements, including NDAs, MSAs, distribution agreements, vendor contracts, and partnership agreements.
- Review contracts to identify legal, commercial, regulatory, and operational risks and escalate key issues to the Legal Team.
- Prepare contract summaries, trackers, and other legal documentation for internal stakeholders.
- Conduct legal research on applicable laws, regulations, case law, and legal developments relevant to the business.




- Maintain and update the company's legal repository, including executed agreements, notices, and legal records.
- Coordinate with external counsel and maintain trackers for ongoing litigation and legal matters.
- Assist in compiling case-related documents, timelines, and status reports.

Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in Law from a recognized institution.
- Robust legal research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn in a dynamic business environment.
