Roles and Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement production schedules and plans to meet customer demand and optimize manufacturing efficiency.
- Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely completion of production orders and monitor progress to meet delivery targets.
- Utilize production planning tools and systems to optimize capacity utilization and minimize production lead times.
- Manage inventory levels, including raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished goods, to maintain optimal stock levels and minimize carrying costs.
- Monitor and control expenses to ensure adherence to the allocated budget.

Job Requirements :

- Proven experience with minimum 13 to 18 years in supply chain operations, with a focus on production planning, inventory management, and logistics coordination.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems and ability to troubleshoot issues effectively.
- Robust analytical skills with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and tools (e.g., ERP systems, inventory management software).
