Position: Customer Support Executive

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through international voice calls.
- Assist customers with orders, deliveries, and account-related queries.
- Resolve customer concerns as per process guidelines.
- Provide professional and customer-focused support.
- Maintain accurate customer information and interaction details.
- Follow process standards and ensure a positive customer experience.

Salary & Incentives

Freshers: 21,000 Fixed + 4,000 Night Allowance
Experienced Tier 2: 25,000 Fixed + 4,000 Night Allowance
Tier 1: 28,000 Fixed + 4,400 Night Allowance





Performance Incentives: 6,000 12,000 based on performance
Additional CSAT Incentive: $3 per CSAT

Cab Facility

2-Way Cab Available for shifts between 7 PM and 7 AM
