We are seeking an experienced HRBP Lead to drive HR operations for a large bluecollar workforce. The role involves partnering with business and operations teams to ensure effective people management, productivity, compliance, and employee engagement in highvolume environments.

Workforce Management

- Manage HR activities for 250-600+ employees.
- Plan manpower needs, monitor attendance, attrition, and productivity.
- Drive initiatives to improve workforce utilization and reduce attrition.

Talent Acquisition

- Lead highvolume hiring for operational roles.
- Partner with vendors/agencies for manpower fulfillment.
- Ensure smooth onboarding, documentation, and compliance.

Employee Engagement

- Conduct connect programs, engagement activities, and feedback sessions.




- Build strong employee relationships and retention initiatives.

Employee & Industrial Relations

- Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution.
- Support industrial relations and maintain a positive workforce workplace.

HR Operations & Compliance

- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and HRMS updates.
- Ensure statutory compliance and audit readiness.

HR Analytics & Reporting

- Maintain dashboards on headcount, attrition, absenteeism, hiring, productivity, and workforce cost.
- Provide insights and reports to leadership.
