Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day dark store operations.
- Supervise and lead a team of pickers, packers, and store associates.
- Ensure timely picking, packing, and dispatch of customer orders.
- Monitor inventory, stock movement, and replenishment. Maintain productivity, accuracy, and operational KPIs. Ensure adherence to SOPs, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Prepare daily reports and coordinate with the Store Manager. Resolve operational issues and maintain team discipline.
- Required Skills Team handling and leadership skills. Basic knowledge of inventory management.
- Manageble communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Basic MS Excel and reporting knowledge.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
