Role & responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced SAP PP/QM Consultant to bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions. You will design, configure, and test SAP Production Planning and Quality Management modules to optimize manufacturing and quality control.

- Implementation & Configuration: Design and configure SAP PP and QM modules based on business blueprints and best practices.
- Master Data Management: Manage production and quality master data, including Bills of Materials (BOM), Work Centers/Resources, Routings/Task Lists, inspection methods, and sampling procedures.
- Process Optimization: Handle Material Requirements Planning (MRP), production orders, shop floor control, and quality inspection lots or notifications.
- Integration: Integrate PP and QM with other core modules like MM (Materials Management), QM, and FI/CO.
- Testing & Support: Create functional design documents, execute unit/integration testing, and resolve day-to-day production support tickets.
- User Training: Conduct user workshops, prepare training manuals, and guide key business users.
