COMPENSATION

- Salary: 1.80 LPA 2.16 LPA

- Performance-Based Incentives: Applicable as per company policy

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for developing business in the assigned territory through merchant acquisition, retailer onboarding, field sales and relationship management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and acquire new merchants, retailers and business partners
• Conduct regular field visits and generate new business opportunities
• Promote PaySpin's fintech and digital payment products
• Drive merchant and retailer onboarding as per company processes
• Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong relationships with merchants and retailers
• Increase active merchants and transaction volumes
• Follow up with existing merchants to generate repeat business
• Identify new market opportunities within the assigned territory
• Monitor competitor activities and market trends
• Resolve merchant-related issues through proper coordination with internal teams
• Maintain regular follow-ups with merchants and business partners
• Prepare daily/weekly sales and field activity reports
• Maintain accurate records of leads, visits, onboarding and business performance




• Contribute to overall territory revenue and business growth

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for candidates who have:

- 2-4 years of experience in field sales / business development

- Experience in Fintech / Digital Payments / BFSI will be preferred

- Experience in merchant acquisition and retailer onboarding

- Knowledge of AEPS, DMT, mATM, UPI, BBPS, Recharge, CMS, POS or QR Payments will be an advantage

- Solid communication and negotiation skills

- Good relationship-management and customer-handling skills

- Ability to achieve sales and business targets

- Good understanding of the local market

- Comfortable with field visits and travelling within the assigned territory

- Self-motivated, target-oriented and result-focused approach

- Ability to identify new business opportunities and generate leads
