About the Role
Were looking for a Creative Associate who can own content for multiple clients, not just writing posts, but shaping how a brand sounds online.

This is not a “just write captions” role.

You’ll be involved in strategy, ideation, scripting, and execution, working closely with content associates, editors, designers, and clients to turn raw ideas into publish-ready content.

If you love storytelling, think in formats, and can switch tones effortlessly, from sharp LinkedIn POVs to conversational Instagram scripts, you’ll thrive here.

What You’ll Do

- Content Ownership: Own the written content for multiple clients across platforms.
- Strategy & Ideation: Collaborate on content strategies, brainstorm formats, hooks, and story angles.
- Writing & Scripting: Write captions, scripts, carousels, long-form posts, whatever the format demands.
- Direction: Bringing your ideas to life on shoots.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with editors,



designers, and content associates to bring ideas to life.
- Execution Support: Be involved till the final output, ensuring the writing lands as intended once published.
- Iteration: Rewrite, refine, and improve content based on feedback and performance.

We’re Looking For Someone Who

- Has 1-3 years of experience in writing, content, or marketing (internships count!)
- Is a strong writer with a transparent sense of voice, tone, and structure
- Understands how writing changes across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Can juggle multiple clients and switch contexts quickly
- Takes ownership - you don’t just write, you care about how the content performs
- Is comfortable in a fast-paced, evolving, sometimes chaotic work environment
