Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven HR Recruiter to join our growing team. You will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across multiple client accounts.
Experience : 0 to 3 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Source candidates via Naukri, LinkedIn, and other job portals
- Screen and shortlist resumes as per JD requirements
- Conduct telephonic/video interviews and coordinate with clients
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
- Maintain candidate database and trackers
- Meet weekly/monthly hiring targets
- Coordinate offer letters, onboarding, and joining formalities
Required Skills:
- Experience in IT/Non-IT recruitment
- Solid sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn
- Excellent communication skills
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
