We are looking for Growth Managers for a profitable, high-growth, founder-led education company to build and scale its growth engine.

Key Responsibilities:

- Drive digital acquisition, lead generation and revenue growth across relevant channels.
- Own and optimise funnels with a focus on CAC, CPL, conversion, ROAS and ROI.
- Plan and execute performance campaigns across paid media, search, social and other digital channels.
- Analyse customer and campaign data to identify growth opportunities and improve conversion.
- Run A/B tests and growth experiments across audiences, creatives, landing pages, messaging and offers.
- Support CRM/lifecycle initiatives including lead nurturing, reactivation and engagement.
- Contribute to GTM and launch strategies for current products and programmes.
- Work closely with Sales,



Product, Content, Technology and external agencies to deliver business outcomes.

Ideal Profile:

- 3 to 10 years of experience in Growth, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Product Marketing or digital acquisition.
- Experience in EdTech, Education, Technology, SaaS, Consumer Internet, FinTech, E-commerce or other high-growth businesses preferred.
- Strong analytical and commercial orientation with hands-on experience in growth experimentation and funnel optimisation.
- Someone who thinks in funnels, measures outcomes and takes ownership of growth metrics.
