Roles and Responsibilities :
- Analyze business requirements to identify opportunities for process improvements in healthcare domain using Salesforce Health Cloud.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, test, and deploy solutions that meet customer needs.
- Develop detailed documentation of project plans, progress updates, and issue resolutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users on newly implemented solutions.
Job Requirements :
- 4-7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT services & consulting industry.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud platform and its applications in healthcare domain.
- Proven track record of analyzing complex business problems and developing effective solutions.
