Roles and Responsibilities

- Manage employee grievances and ensure timely resolution through effective grievance handling processes.

- Develop and implement HR policies, strategies, and initiatives to improve employee engagement and relations.

- Oversee payroll management, statutory compliance, labour laws adherence, recruitment, training & development programs.

- Foster a positive work workplace by promoting open communication channels between employees at all levels.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, regulatory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 10-20 years of experience in Human Resources or related field (FMCG industry preferred).

- MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.

- Proven track record of success in managing complex HR projects from initiation to delivery.
