Purpose and Scope

- To be responsible for production planning and timely execution for all export and domestic orders of the company with OTIF of 99%.
- Ensuring coordination for RM & PM to achieve OTIF.
- To have expertise in supply chain, production planning & material planning, recent product launches, with a proven ability to optimize inventory, reduce costs, and lead cross-functional teams.

Duties and Responsibilities

- To Plan and execute the Export/Domestic orders manufactured/outsourced by the company.
- Own end-to-end demand forecasting and supply planning for complex and multi-category FMCG portfolio v Conduct monthly S&OP; and weekly S&OE; meetings, aligning sales, marketing, procurement, and logistics for accurate supply decisions
- Well versed with advanced Planning modules, MRP calculations. Prepare production plans in line with capacity and demand trends and coordinate with cross functional teams to execute seamlessly
- Collaborated with manufacturing teams to align production capacity and schedules with demand plans, ensuring adherence to MPS targets
- Partner with finance/commercial team for demand consensus,



feeding inputs into ERP for production scheduling and MPS alignment to support AOP targets.
- To be able to exhibit Forecast Accuracy (MAPE/Bias) dashboards, Inventory Health dashboards, SKU-level Planning dashboards, capacity planning dash boards through ERP and Power BI tools. v Maintain 99% OTIF by synchronizing forecasts, production, and logistics.
- Driving Planning Tool (MM/PP, o9 Planning Tool, Forecasting Models) implementations based on requirement, enabling real-time visibility.
- Coordinate and exhibit the data on MAPE with the sales team to improved forecast accuracy. v Identify process gaps and implement improvements along with cross functional teams, reducing non-moving stocks.
- Execute capacity planning and budget analysis aligned with customer forecasts ( one year, 3 year and 5 years plan).
- Prepares MIS on regular basis and showcase the department performance.
- Thorough knowledge in Advance Excel (Power Query, Power Pivot) skills, Dashboards, S&OP; templates, Demand Aggregation sheets, KPI trackers. Data & Analytics: Power BI, ERPs like SAP.
- Leadership & Collaboration: Cross-functional Project Execution, Stakeholder management.
- Should have exposure working in Complex FMCG multi-SKU, multi variant enviro.
