Role & responsibilities

This is an excellent opportunity for Civil Engineering graduates to gain practical exposure in Sports infrastructure(construction, site execution, estimation, billing, and project management). The candidate will assist in site supervision, quantity estimation, quality checks, and project coordination under the guidance of senior engineers.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist in day-to-day site supervision and execution of civil works
- Monitor construction activities as per approved drawings and specifications
- Support senior engineers in planning and execution of site work
- Check quality of materials and workmanship at site
- Assist in quantity surveying and material estimation
- Prepare and maintain daily progress reports (DPR)




- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and labour teams
- Ensure work is carried out as per safety standards
- Support in billing, BOQ, and measurement sheet preparation
- Verify levels, alignment, and dimensions at site
- Assist in AutoCAD drawings, revisions, and documentation
- Maintain records of site materials, labour, and progress updates

Preferred candidate profile

- Passionate about construction & field work
- Willing to learn and take responsibility
- Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Office
- Positive communication and teamwork
