, Role & responsibilities

1. Training Program Coordination and Execution

-Co-ordinate technical, behavioral, leadership, quality, safety, and compliance training programs.
-Prepare annual, quarterly, and monthly training calendars.
-Manage training logistics including venue arrangements, invitations, attendance records, and feedback collection.
-Coordinate with internal Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and external training partners.
-Support implementation of learning interventions aligned with business and operational goals.
-Track completion and effectiveness of mandatory statutory and compliance training programs.

2. Learning Initiatives

-Support implementation of learning initiatives, workshops, and skill programs
-Assist in rolling out compliance and functional training
-Maintain training records and documentation for audits

3. Learning Management System (LMS) Administration

-Manage end-to-end LMS operations for employees, supervisors, managers, and plant associates.
-Create and maintain learning paths, training catalogs, certifications, assessments, and user profiles.
-Ensure timely training nominations, enrollments, completions, and certification tracking.




-Monitor LMS utilization and drive employee adoption.
-Coordinate with LMS vendors and IT teams for issue resolution, system enhancements, and upgrades.
-Maintain accurate learning records and ensure data integrity.

4. Reporting & Documentation

-Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual learning reports and dashboards.
Track key learning metrics such as:
-Training Man-hours
-Employee Coverage
-Training Effectiveness Scores
-Compliance Completion Rates
-LMS Utilization Metrics
-Prepare management reviews and L&D; MIS reports.

5. Content Creation & Learning Communications

-Develop engaging learning materials including:
-PowerPoint Presentations
-E-Learning Modules
-Knowledge Nuggets
-Assessments and Quizzes
