Job Summary

We are looking for a confident, well-groomed and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our Jaipur team.

The candidate will be responsible for handling customers at the optical counter, understanding their requirements, recommending suitable eyewear and lenses, generating sales and ensuring a premium customer experience from consultation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Counter Sales

- Welcome and assist customers visiting the store.
- Understand customer requirements, preferences and budget.
- Recommend suitable frames, sunglasses and optical products.
- Explain product features, benefits, pricing and available options.
- Handle premium and luxury eyewear customers professionally.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.

Optical Product Knowledge

- Develop strong knowledge of frames, sunglasses, lenses and coatings.
- Explain lens options, lens technologies, coatings and benefits in easy language.
- Stay updated with new products, brands and industry trends.
- Coordinate with optometrists and the dispensing team when required.

Customer Relationship Management

- Build long-term relationships with customers.
- Follow up with customers for quotations, pending orders and collections.
- Maintain a database of customers and follow-up opportunities.
- Encourage repeat purchases and referrals.




- Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Order & Store Coordination

- Coordinate with the optometry, dispensing and laboratory teams for customer orders.
- Ensure accurate order details and timely delivery.
- Maintain proper display and presentation of eyewear.
- Assist with stock checking and inventory management.
- Ensure the sales counter and showroom remain clean, organized and presentable.

- Monthly Sales Target Achievement
- Sales Conversion Rate
- Average Bill Value
- Number of Frames / Sunglasses Sold
- Lens & Premium Lens Conversion
- Customer Follow-ups & Repeat Sales

Candidate Profile

We are looking for someone who is:

- Passionate about sales, fashion and eyewear
- Well-groomed and professionally presented
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve sales goals
- Able to understand customer needs and recommend products appropriately
- Comfortable working in a premium retail environment
- A team player with a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications

- Graduate / 12th Pass with relevant retail experience
- Experience in optical retail, eyewear, luxury retail, fashion retail, jewellery or premium consumer products will be an advantage.
- Basic knowledge of optical products is preferred but not mandatory.

Compensation

Salary: 15,000 25,000 per month + attractive sales incentives
(Depending on experience, communication skills and sales performance)
