Job Summary

At EXO Edge, we are looking for a proactive and customer-focused IT Support Engineer to join our IT team. In this role, you will provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support, manage end-user computing environments, maintain enterprise IT infrastructure, and contribute to the implementation of current technologies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and vendors to ensure seamless IT operations across the organization.

Responsibilities

- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support through email, phone, and ITSM ticketing systems.
- Troubleshoot and support Windows, Microsoft 365, and end-user computing environments.
- Configure, deploy, and maintain desktops, laptops, servers, printers, and other IT assets.
- Administer Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Intune, SharePoint, SCCM, Azure, and other SaaS platforms.
- Support IT asset management, software licensing, and documentation.
- Assist with basic network administration, including LAN, WAN, WLAN, VPN, and firewall support.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues and support IT projects.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base articles.

Requirements





- 2+ years of experience in an IT Support or Desktop Support workplace.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Intune, Teams, SharePoint, SCCM, and Azure.
- Hands-on experience with hardware deployment, troubleshooting, and device lifecycle management.
- Understanding of networking fundamentals, IT Service Management (ITSM), and endpoint security.
- Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Bachelors degree or Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with endpoint security, backup, encryption, or antivirus solutions.
- Certifications such as Microsoft (MCSA/AZ), AWS, CCNA, or equivalent are preferred.
- Exposure to Linux/Unix environments is an added advantage.
