Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Advisor to join our International Voice Process team. The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, a customer-first approach, and the ability to confidently interact with international customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients.
- Understand customer queries and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Maintain a professional and positive tone throughout customer interactions.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Document customer interactions and update relevant systems.
- Meet defined quality, productivity, and customer-service targets.
- Follow company policies, processes, and compliance requirements.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when required.

Requirements:





- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Comfortable communicating with international customers.
- Robust listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Customer-oriented attitude with good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, if required.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/customer-support tools.
- Prior experience in an international voice process/BPO/customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also be considered.
