POSITION SUMMARY

We are seeking an experienced Platform Engineering Lead to manage and support secure, scalable, and

highly available enterprise platforms. The role involves ownership of cloud infrastructure, authentication

and access management services, API gateway platforms, database administration, monitoring,

troubleshooting, automation, and related Java-based applications. The ideal candidate will have strong

experience in cloud technologies, platform operations, security protocols, observability, and production

support, with a focus on ensuring platform reliability, performance, and operational excellence.

MUST-HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

- More than 8 years of experience in Platform Engineering, DevOps, SRE, Java, or related engineering roles.
- Hands-on experience with AWS services including EKS, EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, CloudWatch, and Load Balancers.
- Strong experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and containerized application deployments.
- Experience with API Gateway platforms such as Kong.
- Experience with Access Management and Identity platforms such as Gravitee AM, Keycloak, Okta, Auth0, ForgeRock, or similar solutions.
- Solid understanding of authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth2, OpenID Connect(OIDC), SAML, JWT, SSO, and MFA.
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, RDS administration, database performance tuning, backup, and recovery.
- Hands-on experience with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and API integrations.
- Experience with monitoring, log analysis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis using AppDynamics, ELK, or similar observability platforms.
- Experience with Linux and Shell Scripting skills for automation and operational activities.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex distributed systems and production issues.

GOOD-TO HAVE QUALIFICATIONS

- Experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitHub Actions,



GitLab CI/CD, or similar tools.
- Experience with source control and artifact repositories such as Git, Nexus, or Artifactory.
- Experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
- Hands-on experience with performance and load testing tools such as Gatling, JMeter, or LoadRunner.
- Experience with API automation testing frameworks such as Karate or REST Assured.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Understanding of cloud security best practices, secrets management, SSL certificates, and identity federation.
- Experience managing and troubleshooting production-grade cloud infrastructure and authentication platforms.
- Knowledge of High Availability, Disaster Recovery, and Platform Resiliency Practices.
- Exposure to Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) principles and operational excellence practices.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Manage and support enterprise authentication, authorization, and access management platforms.
- Administer and maintain cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes clusters, databases, and platform services.
- Configure, manage, and troubleshoot API Gateway solutions and integrations.
- Support application onboarding, authentication integrations, and platform adoption initiatives.
- Develop and maintain Java-based services, utilities, and platform integrations.
- Build and maintain automation scripts, deployment processes, and operational tooling.
- Monitor platform health, performance, availability, and security using observability and monitoring solutions.
- Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and drive issue resolution.
- Ensure platform scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with development, security, architecture, and operations teams to deliver robust enterprise solutions.
- Drive continuous improvements in platform engineering, automation, monitoring, and operational processes.
