Role & responsibilities

HR Operations

- Onboarding & Documentation: Manage employee onboarding processes and collect required documentation.
- Records Management: Maintain accurate employee records and update the HRMS regularly.
- Lifecycle Formalities: Coordinate employee confirmation processes and exit formalities.
- Document Preparation: Prepare HR letters, employment documents, and routine reports.
- Employee Support: Assist staff with HR-related queries and clarify company policies.
- Data Tracking: Maintain HR trackers to ensure high data accuracy.
- Audit & Compliance: Support HR audits and organize compliance-related documentation.

Employee Engagement

- Activities & Wellness: Coordinate employee engagement activities, celebrations, and wellness initiatives.
- Rewards & Recognition: Assist in planning and executing rewards and recognition programs.
- Internal Communication: Support internal communication efforts and distribute employee announcements.
- Event Logistics: Coordinate logistics for town halls, company events, and HR campaigns.





Learning & Development

- Training Coordination: Coordinate both internal and external training programs.
- Scheduling: Schedule training sessions and communicate with employees and trainers.
- Calendar & Records: Maintain training calendars, attendance records, and feedback reports.
- Reporting: Track learning completion rates and prepare monthly training reports.
- Orientation: Support induction programs and new hire orientation.

Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Mandatory Masters degree/PGDM in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in an HR Operations or HR Generalist role.
- Interpersonal Skills: Valuable communication and strong interpersonal skills.
- Core Competencies: Ability to maintain strict confidentiality and strong attention to detail.
- This is a WFO role with 5days working and Saturday/Sunday off.
