This role is for someone who can actually handle IT infrastructure not just monitor it.
What you’ll work on:
- On-Prem Server Setup & Administration
- Networking, DNS, DHCP, VLAN & VPN
- Firewall Configuration & Troubleshooting
- Active Directory & Group Policy
- Endpoint Management – Intune / MDM
- Azure & Microsoft 365 Administration
- Windows / Linux / macOS Administration & Troubleshooting
- Backup, DR, Patch Management & Security
- Virtualization – Hyper-V / Proxmox
What we specifically need:
Solid hands-on on-prem infrastructure experience
Real experience in firewall & network configuration
Hands-on Endpoint Management / Intune / MDM
Strong Server + AD/GPO knowledge
Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues independently
Comfortable supporting multiple offices and 400+ users
Not a fit if:
our experience is mainly L1/Desktop Support
You have only monitoring exposure
Firewall/networking is only theoretical
You have cloud experience but no on-prem infrastructure experience
