Job Responsibilities:

- Promote and sell the company's LED lighting and electrical products in the assigned market.
- Visit electrical dealers, distributors, retailers, electrical contractors, builders, architects, consultants, industries, institutions and project sites regularly.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calling, references and market research.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
- Identify new dealers, distributors and project opportunities in the assigned territory.
- Explain product features, technical specifications, applications and commercial benefits to customers.
- Prepare and submit quotations to customers and follow up regularly for order conversion.
- Negotiate prices, payment terms and other commercial requirements within company guidelines.
- Follow up on pending quotations, purchase orders, deliveries and payments.




- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Collect market information regarding competitors, prices, current products and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with the back-office, purchase and dispatch teams for timely execution of customer orders.
- Visit project sites and understand lighting requirements for suitable product recommendations.
- Develop business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, infrastructure and government projects.
- Maintain proper records of daily visits, leads, quotations, orders and customer follow-ups.
- Submit Daily Sales/Field Visit Reports and periodic sales performance reports.
