Required Qualifications:
• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical or Metallurgical Engineering
• 15–20 years experience in Cast Iron & SG iron foundry
• Minimum 5 years in senior production leadership role

Technical Competencies:
• Strong knowledge of SG iron treatment & inoculation practices
• Understanding of microstructure control (Ferritic / Pearlitic grades)
• Experience with induction furnace operations
• Knowledge of green sand system & sand testing
• Familiarity with spectrometer & metallurgical testing
• Exposure to automotive casting standards preferred

Role Summary:
The Production Head will lead end-to-end manufacturing operations of a Cast Iron (CI) and
Spheroidal Graphite (SG/Ductile Iron) foundry. The role is responsible for achieving
production targets, ensuring metallurgical quality, controlling costs, improving yield, and
maintaining safe and productive plant operations.
