Our Resources Database is dynamic, in real-time, and maps the individual throughout their growth opportunities in the company.

Access is available to Managers and Department Heads based on authority workflows to aid decision-making. Department Heads and Managers play an active role in developing their people. The Learning System is integrated with our Training and Development Module, so that individuals receive learning as per their specific needs, making training focused and effective.
