We are looking for a Quality Engineering Presales Consultant with experience in solutioning, consulting, Quality Engineering, and testing services. The role involves supporting sales pursuits, responding to RFPs/RFIs, creating client proposals, developing solution presentations, and designing innovative Quality Engineering and AI-led testing solutions for enterprise customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Support pre-sales and solutioning activities for Quality Engineering opportunities.
- Design and propose end-to-end Quality Engineering solutions aligned with customer requirements.
- Prepare RFP/RFI responses, proposals, estimations, and solution documentation.
- Develop compelling client presentations, capability decks, and value propositions.
- Collaborate with delivery, sales, and practice teams during pursuit cycles.
- Define test strategies covering functional, automation, performance, security, and release assurance.
- Build and position AI-led Quality Engineering and AI Assurance offerings.
- Participate in customer discussions, workshops, and solution reviews.




- Analyze client requirements and recommend best-fit testing and quality assurance solutions.
- Contribute to practice development, reusable solution assets, and go-to-market initiatives.

Required Skills

- Strong understanding of Quality Engineering and Testing Services.
- Experience in Test Strategy, QA Automation, Performance Testing, Security Testing, Test Data Management, and Release Assurance.
- Hands-on experience with QA Automation frameworks and AI-led Quality Engineering solutions.
- Experience in presales, consulting, solutioning, proposal management, and client presentations.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Excellent PowerPoint storytelling and proposal-writing capabilities.
- Ability to work in rapid-paced pursuit and bid management environments.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in AI Assurance and GenAI testing initiatives.
- Exposure to Managed Testing Services.
- MBA or equivalent business exposure is preferred.
- Domain expertise in at least one of the following:
- BFSI
- Retail
- Manufacturing
- Healthcare
