We are hiring Process Associates for our US Process (Night Shift). The role involves handling client interactions, managing billing/insurance/legal processes, and ensuring smooth operational workflow.
Key Responsibilities:
Work on Medical Billing / Insurance / Legal / Ancillary / RCM
Handle Inbound & Outbound Calls
Manage client queries and resolve issues efficiently
Provide information about services, products & offers
Maintain accurate data and prepare reports
Ensure solid project and process management
Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Shift Timing: 7:45 PM 5:15 AM (Night Shift)
Week Off: Saturday & Sunday (Fixed)
Transportation: Self-travel (No company transport provided)
