- HP Storage Job RequirementsKey Responsibilities:Candidate should be able to deliver L2 operations on EMC Storage systems SAN and NASAdministration of EMC storage systems including configuration, software upgrades,



and storage provisioning.Responsible for implementing and managing the enterprise storage environment.Responsible for performing production support activities for assigned storage systems to ensure the integrity and availability of the environment.Perform supporting file sharing and the integration of enterprise storage with Microsoft Windows, Linux and VMWare virtual server environment.Plan and implement best practices for NAS and SAN solutions.Create and update documentation for storage procedures.
Technical Experience:Should have sound experience in EMC VNX, Unity, PowerScale, Vmax, High Availability, Disk technologies, RAID Levels, PoolsGood Knowledge on SAN and NASGood knowledge on CIFS, NFS, ISCSI, FCP protocols.Experience with Replication technologies.Experience with Brocade and Cisco SAN Switches.Supporting and troubleshooting Storage LUN creation, provisioning, SAN Switch zoning and administration in a large, complex and widely distributed environment.Plan and implement best practices for NAS and SAN solutions.Provide status and progress reports for NAS and SAN setting related activities and tasks on regular/periodic basis.Should have knowledge about the ITIL framework.
