Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage investor relationships, including communication with limited partners (LPs) and other stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams to prepare financial reports, capital calls, and distribution allocations.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of transactions.
- Provide support in fundraising efforts by preparing pitch books, presentations, and other materials.
- Should be an individual contributor with basic understanding of Private Equity dealing activities
Job Requirements :
- 1-9 years of experience in private equity or venture capital industry.
- Robust understanding of capital markets, transfer agency operations, and investmentran systems.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
