Job Summary

This position is open with Bajaj Finance ltd. Support allocated verticals by acting as an advisory partner to business teams in supporting business requirements, understanding of business & HR priorities and driving HR initiatives to enhance efficiency of HR at business and overall organization level. Responsibilities

- Partnering with businesses? Manage the overall HR lifecycle of the allocated business.




- Manage key HR processes in terms of process adherence & timelines - onboarding.

Required Qualifications and Experience

Educational Qualifications: Post-graduation (MBA - HR or other)

- Minimum 6-8 years of overall experience
- Minimum experience of 3-4 years in purely HR domain
- Sound understanding of business context
