KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions for international clients.
- Understand customer concerns and provide accurate, timely resolutions.
- Deliver a professional and personalized customer experience.
- Maintain excellent communication, empathy and service standards.
- Accurately document customer interactions and follow process guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams whenever escalation or additional support is required.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

- Education: Undergraduate / Graduate – Any Stream
- Experience: Minimum 6 months International Voice Experience – Mandatory
- Communication:



Excellent spoken English and solid customer-handling skills
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Comfortable working in rotational UK / US shifts
- Willing to work from office in Pune

SALARY & CAREER GROWTH

Freshers: Up to 4.5 LPA

Experienced Candidates: Minimum 30% hike on last drawn salary

Maximum Package: Up to 7.5 LPA

Compensation will be aligned with experience, communication skills and process suitability.
