Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Certification Engineer with strong expertise in Kubernetes, cloud platforms, Golang automation, and UI automation. The role involves designing and executing certification and validation activities for Kubernetes-based solutions across different cloud environments.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Kubernetes testing, cloud platform validation, automation using Golang, and UI/API automation frameworks.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and execute certification and validation test suites for Kubernetes-based products and platforms.
- Perform end-to-end testing of Kubernetes clusters, workloads, networking, storage, and integrations.
- Develop and maintain automation frameworks and test tools using Golang.
- Automate functional, regression, integration, and certification test scenarios.
- Perform UI automation for web-based applications and management platforms.
- Validate solutions across major cloud platforms and Kubernetes environments.
- Troubleshoot test failures, analyze logs, identify root causes, and work closely with development teams.
- Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
- Create and maintain test plans, test cases, automation scripts, and certification reports.
- Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, and Support teams to ensure product quality and certification readiness.
- Contribute to improving test coverage, automation efficiency,



and certification processes.

Required Skills

- Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes (K8s).
- Positive programming experience in Golang.
- Strong experience in test automation and certification testing.
- Experience with UI automation frameworks/tools such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.
- Experience with API testing and automation.
- Positive understanding of Linux/Unix systems.
- Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Understanding of Kubernetes components such as:
- Pods
- Deployments
- Services
- ConfigMaps & Secrets
- Ingress
- Persistent Volumes
- RBAC
- Networking

- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and automation pipelines.
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Kubernetes certification such as CKA/CKAD.
- Experience with Docker/containerization.
- Knowledge of Helm and Kubernetes operators.
- Experience with Kubernetes distributions such as OpenShift, EKS, AKS, or GKE.
- Experience with performance, scalability, and reliability testing.
- Knowledge of gRPC, REST APIs, and microservices.
- Experience working on product certification or compliance testing.
