Roles and Responsibilities :
- Source and attract top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
- Conduct bulk hiring campaigns for non-IT roles across multiple locations in India.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding of new hires.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
Job Requirements :
- 1-2 years of experience in headhunting or mass hiring/recruitment consulting.
- Solid understanding of the Indian market and ability to source candidates from diverse backgrounds.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates alike.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale recruitment projects with tight deadlines.
