- 510 years of relevant SAP CS/CRM experience.
- Hands-on experience in SAP CS, SAP CRM, or SAP C4C.
- Exposure to SAP S/4HANA Customer Management preferred.
- Robust client-facing, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- SAP certification is an added advantage.
