Role & responsibilities The role would involve end-to-end responsibilities across:
• Financial accounting & reporting
• GST, TDS, Income Tax and statutory compliances
• Audit coordination
• Budgeting, forecasting and MIS
• Working capital, receivables and cash flow management
• Payroll accounting, AP/AR and bank reconciliations
• Financial controls and process improvement
• Business finance and management reporting
Preferred candidate profile
Qualified CA
• 13 years of post-qualification experience preferred
• Experience in staffing, HR services or the service industry would be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of taxation, financial reporting and statutory compliance
• Positive proficiency in Excel, Tally and ERP systems
• Strong analytical and stakeholder management skills
