CTC: 28,000 to 32,000/month (Maximum)
Night Shift Allowance: Applicable
Shift: Rotational 247 Shifts
Working Days: 5 Days a Week | Rotational Offs
Experience: 2+ Years | International Customer Support

About the Role:

We are looking for Customer Support Associates to join our International Email Process (Pure Backend / Non-Voice) team in Kolkata.

What We're Looking For:

- 2+ years of International Customer Support experience Mandatory
- Email / Non-Voice / Backend experience preferred.
- Excellent written English communication.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good typing speed and attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in rotational 247 shifts,



including night shifts.
- Male candidates only.
