Were Hiring: Ticketing Executive – Implant

Location: kolkata & Silliguri

Budget: Up to 60K/month

Experience: 3–6 years | Travel domain preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end domestic & international air ticketing.

Manage PNR creation, fare calculation, issuance, re-issuance, refunds and cancellations.

Handle routing, schedule changes and ticket amendments.

Coordinate with airlines and internal teams for smooth ticketing operations.

Resolve urgent ticketing queries and ensure timely service delivery.

Maintain accuracy in documentation, ticketing records and MIS.

Requirements:

Strong knowledge of GDS – Amadeus/Galileo/Sabre.

Excellent knowledge of airline fares, rules and ticketing procedures.

Positive communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work under pressure and handle time-sensitive requests.

Prior implant/travel company experience will be preferred.
