International Sales Closer Australian Solar & Battery Process

Som’s Energy is hiring experienced International Sales Executives / Sales Closers for the Australian Solar & Battery process.

We are looking for candidates with solid communication, negotiation, objection-handling and sales closing skills. Candidates with previous Australian process, Solar, Battery, Energy, Telecom or International BPO Sales experience will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound calls with Australian customers.
- Sell Solar PV, Battery Storage and Energy Solutions.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
- Explain quotations, pricing, rebates and finance options.
- Follow up with leads and quotations.
- Handle objections and negotiate deals.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed sales and secure deposits.




- Update customer details and follow-ups in CRM.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.

Requirements

- International Sales / BPO Sales experience preferred.
- Australian process experience is highly preferred.
- Solar & Battery sales experience will be an advantage.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing ability.
- Target-driven and confident in handling customers independently.
