Job Purpose
To ensure timely fault rectification and restoration of fibre services by diagnosing, troubleshooting
and resolving customer connectivity issues while maintaining service quality and customer
satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Attend and resolve service fault tickets.
Troubleshoot FTTH networks, ONT, routers and customer premises equipment.
¢ Rectify fibre cuts, signal loss and connectivity issues.
¢ Coordinate with NOC, Deployment and Planning teams.
¢ Ensure SLA adherence and timely closure.
¢ Maintain service records and customer updates.
¢ Follow safety and company guidelines.




Required Skills
Knowledge of FTTH, GPON, LAN/WAN troubleshooting, networking fundamentals, customer
handling and field operations.
Educational Qualification
Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Electronics, Telecommunications, IT or related discipline.
Experience
1 to 5 years in FTTH, ISP, Broadband, Telecom or Network Support operations.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Fault Closure TAT, First Time Resolution, Repeat Complaint Rate, SLA Adherence, CSAT and
Productivity.
