We are looking for a Java Developer Lead with strong hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and the Banking/Financial Services domain.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and develop scalable backend applications using Java, Spring Boot & Microservices.
- Design and develop REST APIs and distributed services.
- Guide developers, conduct code reviews, and provide technical leadership.
- Analyze requirements and deliver secure, high-performance solutions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and support deployments.
- Collaborate with architects, QA, DevOps, and business teams.
Required Skills
- Strong Java, Spring Boot & Microservices experience.
- Valuable knowledge of REST APIs, SQL, and design patterns.
- Experience with Kafka, Docker/Kubernetes, and CI/CD is preferred.
- Banking/Financial Services domain experience is mandatory.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
