Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed 2D architectural drawings, floor plans, elevations, sections, and layouts.
- Develop working and construction drawings based on architect's concepts and specifications.
- Prepare detailed drawings for residential, commercial, and other building projects.
- Make revisions and modifications to drawings based on project requirements.
- Coordinate drawings with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
- Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, building codes, and standards.
- Prepare detailed plans for doors, windows, staircases, furniture layouts, and other architectural elements.
- Maintain accurate drawing files, revisions, and documentation.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and site teams.
- Assist in preparing BOQs, material details,



and technical documentation when required.
- Review drawings for accuracy, dimensions, and constructability.
- Support site teams by resolving drawing-related technical queries.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Experience as an Architectural Draftsman/Draughtsman preferred.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential.
- Knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, or other architectural software is an advantage.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings, building construction, and materials.
- Robust attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to interpret architectural concepts and convert them into technical drawings.
