Job Profile

1. Candidate will be responsible for planning and executing international marketing strategies for nutrition and healthcare products across global markets.

2. Candidate will be responsible for managing hospital activation programs, patient awareness campaigns, and therapy adoption initiatives with international distributors.

3. Candidate will be responsible for developing promotional materials such as visual aids, brochures, nutrition charts, patient education tools, and branding materials.

4. Candidate will be responsible for organizing scientific conferences, Continuing Nutrition Education (CNE) programs, roundtable discussions, and healthcare professional engagement activities.

5. Candidate will be responsible for conducting product training and capability development programs for international distributor sales teams.

6 Candidate will be responsible for coordinating observational studies and clinical marketing activities to strengthen product positioning and scientific credibility.

7. Candidate will be responsible for preparing country-specific marketing plans, supporting new product launches,



and managing the product lifecycle in international markets.

6. Candidate will be responsible for tracking marketing KPIs, campaign effectiveness, distributor engagement, therapy adoption, and ROI of international marketing initiatives.

Preferred Candidate Profile

1. MSC Nutrition and B. food technology with 10 years of relevant experience in product marketing or hospital marketing. 3 to 5.

2. He should have solid understanding of scientific marketing, therapy positioning, and healthcare professional engagement.

3. He should have experience in working with distributors and international markets will be preferred.

4. He should have excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

5. He should have ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple marketing projects.

6. He should have willingness to travel internationally as per business requirements.
