Role & responsibilities

- 3 to 7 years of relevant experience in Process Excellence, BPM, Operational Excellence, Business Transformation, Continuous Improvement, Process Automation, Business Excellence or related areas.
- Experience in Lean Six Sigma / Kaizen / Process Re-engineering preferred.
- Experience in multi-location retail or process-driven organisations preferred.
- Strong process mapping, analysis and documentation skills.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Valuable understanding of ERP, CRM, automation and digital technologies.
- Exposure to AI-enabled process improvement and automation tools preferred.
- Strong Excel, MIS, data analysis and dashboard skills.
- Strong project management and implementation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work across Stores and Head Office functions.
- Ability to drive change and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Strong focus on measurable productivity, efficiency and cost improvements.
- Highly analytical, process-oriented and improvement-driven mindset.
