Key Responsibilities

- Act as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.

- Handle routine client interactions, addressing queries and escalating issues when necessary.

Requirements

- 2-3 years of experience in client servicing, account management, or related roles in advertising or marketing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A team player with a proactive approach and problem-solving mindset.
