What would you do?
- Lead Investment Compliance and Performance Analysis operations for equity and fixed income portfolios. Ensure adherence to regulatory and client mandates, manage stakeholder relationships, drive process improvements through automation, and oversee compliance monitoring, reporting, auditing, and governance activities across asset management functions.
- Oversee daily compliance monitoring, restricted watch list management, account onboarding reviews, mandate coding, exception resolution, regulatory reporting, audit support, and stakeholder communication. Ensure timely issue resolution, process standardization, automation adoption, and delivery of accurate compliance and performance analysis reports.
- Strong expertise in investment compliance, asset management, stakeholder management, team leadership, regulatory reporting, and audit coordination. Hands-on experience with BlackRock Aladdin and Charles River platforms, process automation, risk and compliance management, people leadership,



and driving operational excellence in a rapid-paced environment.
