Were Hiring – Assistant Revenue Manager
We are looking for a dynamic and analytical Assistant Revenue Manager to join our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement revenue & pricing strategies
• Drive Occupancy, ADR & RevPAR growth
• Manage rates and inventory across OTAs, GDS & direct channels
• Prepare forecasts, budgets and revenue performance reports
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing and booking patterns
• Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Reservations & Operations teams
Candidate Profile:
Graduate/Degree in Hotel Management or related field
4–8 years of experience in Hotel Revenue Management
Robust analytical, commercial & Excel skills
Experience with PMS/RMS/CRS and OTA platforms preferred
Experience in managing multiple properties will be an advantage
